Coaching your Intuition is a journey that allows an individual to find answers from within! In our day to day lives we tend to sit in ‘noise’ that distracts us from listening to our inner strength, our inner voice. Coaching is a conversation between two people that takes place in a safe space that encourages growth, development, opportunities and options. An individual can use the coaching process to focus on work related progression to personal development. Coaching provides a space to identify your goals, aspirations and areas for development. Coaching your Intuition is a process of building confidence, awareness of emotions and how to develop a 'bounce back' attitude. Sessions are also designed to create a positive thought process of ourselves and towards others.

1:1 COACHING SESSION
1 hour coaching session

- Face to face/online
ONLINE MONTHLY COACHING SESSIONS
1 hour online session
- Designed for young people and their family members
- Preparation for social interactions and self-awareness
-Develop a sense of positivity, confidence and optimism
- Create tools for general well-being
- Monthly topics
GROUP COACHING
4-week coaching programme,1 hour session.6-8 young people.- Face to face/online

FAMILY COACHING SESSION
1.5 hours each session
